Due to the custom nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The pieces are made to order according to the size selected by the customer.
Since all our products are made to order, the delivery period from purchase date will be approximately up to 4 weeks.
In case a product is required urgently, please write to email@example.com to ensure we can deliver the product within your desired delivery period.
We accepts returns and exchanges with store credit only within 2 days from the date your order was delivered to you.
In order to be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by the Customer and will only be returned if they are in their original packaging including tags. Please note that we do not provide any refunds on goods sold. Instead we will issue a store credit if your return is accepted.
To return an item simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the product, and we will ensure a prompt response. Please note that all custom made orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless an incorrect item is shipped to you.
Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, duties, customs fees, and taxes (if applicable) for returning your item. Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error. Any costs incurred by The Peach Project for return shipping will be deducted from the refund. We recommend shipping the return using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.
We strive to ensure that the details of product or product specifications (weight, colour, handwork details, size, etc.) are as accurate as possible. Products shown on thepeachproject.in are only approximate and may differ from the actual product due to a variety of reasons beyond our control. We at The Peach Project believe that all Customers who order online are fully aware of the colour discrepancies shown on their monitors can be slightly different as compared to the actual product colours.
S to phWe try to photograph our pieces in the most accurate way possible.
Please also note, no items will be accepted for returns or exchange just because the customer did not like how it looked on them, or suddenly decided that the colour does not suit them.
Customers are requested to select their size very carefully. If an item does not fit it is only because you selected a size that was not meant for you. We will only exchange wrongly sized items if we sent a size that was different from what was ordered by the customer.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
We don’t often accept orders for sold-out outfits. However if you’ve got your heart set on an outfit and it is sold out or no longer available, send us an email on email@example.com and we will try to work our magic and make you the outfit on request.
